Product Description
The Euroswitch 691 piston pressure switch is a robust and highly reliable device designed for use in hydraulic, pneumatic, and process control systems. Built with an anodised aluminium body and high-quality internal components, it offers excellent resistance to high pressures and harsh environments. With a visual graduated adjustment ring, users can easily set and monitor switching points with precision and repeatability.
This switch features SPDT silver contacts, allowing for flexible electrical integration with both AC and DC systems. It supports up to 5 A at 125 Vac and 14 Vdc, and up to 3 A at 250 Vac, making it suitable for a wide range of control and signal applications. Two calibrated setting ranges are available: 15–160 bar and 40–400 bar, each with a tolerance of ±2%.
The 691 model ensures long-term durability, with a mechanical life of over one million operations. Its fixed hysteresis (approximately 10% of the set value) helps maintain switching stability and prevents signal oscillation. Rated at IP65, and equipped with a UNI EN 175301-803 (DIN 43650) connector, it is well protected against dust and water ingress.
With manifold mounting capability, compact dimensions, and supplied with gasket and fixing screws, installation is quick and secure. Sealing is ensured by NBR and Teflon materials, compatible with a wide range of fluids up to 100°C.
