0-20 mA
A current signal similar to 4-20 mA, but starting at zero.

The measurement is represented by a current between 0 and 20 milliamps.
In normal English
It works much like 4-20 mA, except zero current can be a valid measurement. That means it is harder to distinguish a true zero reading from some wiring faults.
Why would I use it?
Use it when existing equipment specifically expects a 0-20 mA input or output.
